Report on the functionality of the individual management system pursuant to Section 29(1)(g) of Act No. 79/2015 Coll. on waste, which is submitted to the ministry each year by 31 July for the previous calendar year.
Report on the functionality of the individual waste management system for the previous year is currently available only in the Slovak language.
ZPH prevention report
Information for the public pursuant to Section 15 of Act No. 128/2015 Coll. on the prevention of major industrial accidents as amended, which shall be updated whenever significant changes in production, logistics, etc. occur.
Document is currently available only in the Slovak language.

This content is currently being reviewed and updated in order to ensure its compliance with the requirements of the Act on Consumer Protection and on Amendments to Certain Acts (No. 108/2024 Coll.) (in Slovak: zákon č. 108/2024 Z. z. o ochrane spotrebiteľa a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov), as amended, and of Directive (EU) 2024/825 of the European Parliament and of the Council, amending Directives 2005/29/EC and 2011/83/EU as regards empowering consumers for the green transition through better protection against unfair practices and through better information, which introduce new rules for the use of environmental claims and for the communication of sustainability-related information, applicable from 27 September 2026.
We are carrying out the updates step by step, as they affect a large volume of documentation. At the same time, we must continue to meet disclosure obligations arising from other legal regulations, which is why it was not possible to temporarily withdraw all documents. Until full alignment has been achieved, some information may therefore still be displayed in its original wording or may be temporarily unavailable. Thank you for your understanding.
