We are endeavouring to implement the vision of logistics: that everything flows simply and transparently in the most effective way possible, into all work processes at Volkswagen Slovakia. Only with well-functioning logistics are we able to satisfy customer needs, whether it is manufacturing or the final consumer.

At Volkswagen Slovakia we use the JIT (Just-in-Time) principle, which directs the flow of materials and information along the entire process chain. The right part is at the right place at the right time, with the right quality, in the right quantity.
